Scot began programming in BASIC on a Commodore 64 and has been programming professionally since 1994. He is happily married to his beautiful wife Sarah. They have two children, Colt and Cayden.

His experience includes working in Telecom and Health industries as well as State Government. He continues to serve as Project Manager for many projects at Dorger Software Architects, Inc. and meets with the team daily to discuss current tasks and offer direction on system design.

Aaron has almost 15 years’ experience in various positions throughout the software industry. He spent 6 years in the anesthesia software space, implementing solutions and directing a customer support team. His team was responsible for the continued operation of both proprietary hardware and software at numerous public and private hospitals across the country to ensure patient safety, profitability, and compliance.
Since joining Dorger Software Architects, Inc., he is furthering his experience in the public sector, working with various state agencies to manage, deploy and support a range of solutions. These solutions are designed to streamline complicated business processes as required by ever-evolving legislation, while providing new tools for citizens to be more engaged with their state governments.
Nakatani has 11 years experience in providing support, configuration, business process analysis/workflow, software development and user training. She is a competent programmer in in HTML, C++, RPG IV, Visual Basic, SQL, MySQL and AS/400. She has a hands-on training in systems analysis and design, Unix, knowledgeable in Windows XP, NT, 2000, and 9X Operating Systems, able to design Web Pages, troubleshoot hardware and software and upgrades etc.
